I need to start training for a race up 94 flights of stairs. What\’s the best way to train?

I’ve registered to participate in the Hustle up the Hancock this year. It’s a race up the 94 flights of stairs of the John Hancock building in downtown Chicago. I’ve never done anything like this before, but I am a runner. This is way different than running, so I’m wondering if I should work on building my endurance or my legs and glutes.
